We toasted out evening of indulgence with the right start ordering their two expertly crafted cocktails that sing with elegant and flavour followed by a lushiuous bottle of Veuve Clicquot Rosé – how can you go wrong! The drinks menu is refined, curated, and just as dazzling as the Saigon skyline you’re gazing at.
We dived into the menu and started with Grilled Scallops in the Shell with a herb and garlic crust that were sweet, smoky, and so delicate they practically melted in our mouths. It was the show-stopper to start our evening, along with a special of the day with Hokkaido scallop with smoked bone marrow and oxtail tortellini drizzled in a light Consommé broth that was exquisite. It certainly was something unique and worth a try.

The a la carte menu offers an extensive grill options, and a focal point, for us we could not go past the New Zealand Lamb Cutlets cooked perfectly and tender bursting with juicy goodness, served with a delightful jus and seasonal vegetables. The lamb is just the dazzling star of the show for our dining experience. We also ordered a the Grass-Fed Rib-Eye. A 300-gram masterpiece of marbled magnificence, served with every bite more seductive than the last served with a red wine jus that just complimented the beef perfectly.
